NYP Open House 08

Hey PAL peeps!

With Open House less than a week away, please note these few announcements!

Firstly, those helping out under goodies bag, please note that this section no longer exist, as they have enough helpers under that already. As such, all the goodies bag helpers are transferred to registration to help out.

As for speakers, the teacher-in-charge is still in discussion with us over the training time, so hang on tight!

Registration training is on THIS WEDNESDAY, 9th Jan, at LT-K1. Time to report in is at 3pm, please do not be late as this training is really very important.

I trust that all the tour guides have already underwent training. If not, please contact us.

Ok...so to the important part.

Report to your shifts 30 minutes before hand at NYP Lounge (A338A). That's above KouFu.
So if your shift start at 10.30, please come at 10am.

PAL T-shirt will be given to people who do not have it. For those who have it, please wear it along as this represents that you're helping out for the Open House. Remember to bring and wear your lanyard too, due to the same reason.
