Hey Pal,

Helpers are required for Open House 2008!

The event will be held from the 10 to 12 of January 2008.

There will be 2 shifts,
1st- 10.30am to 3pm
2nd- 2pm to 6.30pm

There are 4 areas where we require help in.
1) Tours: walk in visitors
2) Distribution of goody bags
3) Talks
4) Registration

Please send me your details and your t-shirt sizes by 14 December 2007. Please indicate the areas you would like to help in. I would try to allocate you to your choice. Email me @ jessicasee.nypal@gmail.com

Please take note although the shift timing indicates that it starts at 10.30 and 2pm respectively, you would have to report earlier. A training session will also be held. More details will be given at a later date.

P.s. for those who have help out at Open House 2007 and have yet taken their cca pts, the application for endorsement will be open soon. I will email to you guys again.

Nomination of PAL Committee

Dear PAL,
Greetings!

As Yr 2007/2008 Semester 1 has come to an end, it also means that our seniors (Yr3s)
will be graduating or going for their attachment soon.
Hence, there will be the handing over of the committee to the juniors (Yr 1s and 2s).

We, the committee, would like to provide you with this opportunity to either nominate
your friends or yourself whom you feel are good candidates and able to commit for PAL.

Please indicate to us the post that you would like to be in and why we should choose
you for the post. (Attached is a list of post)

If you are nominating your friends, please give us their details such as name and contact no.
The deadline for nomination will be MONDAY, 12 NOV 2007.

After the committee has come to a conclusion, those who are shortlisted will be asked to go for an interview.
